MACARONI & CHEESE 
1 lb. macaroni
1 stick butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. homo. milk
Dash salt

Boil macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and pour into 3 1/2 quart baking dish. Add butter, eggs and about 3/4 of the cheese. Stir well and add canned milk, homogenized milk and salt to taste; mix. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until lightly brown about 30-45 minutes. Serves 6-8.
