QUICHE 
CRUST:

1 c. + 2 tbsp. whole wheat flour
1/4 - 1/3 c. finely chopped almonds
2/3 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
6-7 tbsp. oil

Mix enough oil and to hold together when you squeeze some in your hand.

CHEESE MIXTURE:

2 c. cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. yogurt (plain) or sour cream milk combination
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill or seasoning of choice, pepper, etc.
Vegetables (green pepper & onions, finely chopped)

Cheese may be combinations of different cheeses.

Use spinach, broccoli, asparagus, turkey ham, ham, tuna or salmon. Add 1/2 cup more milk if tuna or salmon is used.

Spread veggies (slightly cooked) in microwave around crust. Cover with cheese mixture and spread saved crust on top with some broccoli pieces or asparagus, etc. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees for 15 minutes and 350 degrees until sets up or brown, about 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
