QUICHE 
1 frozen pastry shell, thawed
1 c. ham or 1 can drained flaked tuna
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. sliced green onion
2 eggs
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk

Bake pastry shell at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool. Toss together in pie shell the ham (or tuna), cheese and green onions. In a bowl combine eggs, mayonnaise and milk. Mix well and pour over mixture in pie shell. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
