CHEESY POTATOES 
2 (1 lb.) pkgs. hash brown potatoes, thawed
Diced onion & green pepper to taste
1 pt. half & half
1 stick butter
2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese

Scatter pieces of butter and cheese over the potatoes, milk, etc. in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Stir several times as it cooks to mix everything. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or start in microwave and finish in oven to brown top.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
