1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 lg. box Hungry Jack instant potatoes
Garlic salt to taste
1 tsp. butter
2 tsp. chives
Paprika

Mash potatoes according to the box recipe for 12 servings. Add cream cheese, sour cream, and 1 teaspoon chives, stirring thoroughly. Brush top with melted butter and sprinkle with remaining chives and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes. Serves 12.
