“SHERRY'S HEARTY SALAD” IS IN:

SHERRY'S HEARTY SALAD 
3 slices frozen Texas toast garlic bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup bottled chili sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 cups Romaine lettuce or lettuce mix, torn into pieces
6 large cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 large avocado, pitted, peeled, sliced

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place Texas toast cubes in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake until golden, 5-8 minutes. Cool.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce and pepper, reserve. In a large serving bowl, toss lettuce and tomato, top with avocado slices and croutons. Drizzle dressing over salad.
