“SHERRY'S HERBED-CRUSTED SALMON” IS IN:

SHERRY'S HERBED-CRUSTED SALMON 
4 (4 oz each) salmon fillets
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. fresh, chopped dill
2 1/2 tbsp. Panko breadcrumbs
2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Heat oven to broil (highest setting). Place foil on rimmed baking sheet, set aside.

In a bowl, stir together bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon dill, set aside. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper, place on baking sheet. Place directly under broiler for 5 minutes. Remove salmon from oven.

Lower rack 6-inches from heat. Brush salmon with mustard, sprinkle with breadcrumb mix, press to adhere. Generously spray each fillet with cooking spray, return to oven, broil 2 minutes.
