3 c. cornbread mix
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. salad oil
3 eggs
1 lg. chopped onion
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. cream corn
1/2 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
5 slices crisp bacon
1 jar pimento

Combine all ingredients and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
