JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
7 1/2 c. cornbread mix
6 1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. salad oil
7 eggs, beaten
7 1/2 tbsp. sugar
3 grated onions
3 sm. cans drained niblet corn
7 chopped jalapeno peppers
3 3/4 c. grated cheese

Mix ingredients in order given. Bake in greased and floured pan at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Better if brown and thin.
