LITTLE DEBBIE'S CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) can shredded coconut
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Blend at low speed on electric mixer until all are combined. Then turn mixer to medium speed and continue mixing until smooth. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

2/3 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Whip butter and cream cheese together. Add rest of ingredients and beat well.
