TEX-MEX DIP 
3 med. avocados, mashed or use frozen dip
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (depends on how hot you like it)

2 cans (10 1/2 oz. size) bean dip or combination of refried beans, bean dip
1 lg. bunch green onions, chopped
3 med. tomatoes, chopped & seeded
2 sm. cans black olives, chopped
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Tortilla chips, to use with dip

On shallow large platter (quiche pan, large pie plate) layer the bean dip, then avocado-sour cream mixture, then onions, then tomatoes, olives, topped with grated cheese. Surround with tortilla chips or put them in bowl. (may also decorate with avocado slices, black olives, tomato slices or combination of these). This can be cut in half as it makes a lot as is.
