TEX MEX DIP 
3 med. ripe avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) bean dip
1 lg. bunch green onions, chopped
1 can chopped black olives, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. bag tortillas

Peel, pit, and mash avocados in a medium sized bowl. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. In another bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix.

To assemble, spread bean dip on a large shallow serving platter. Top with avocado mixture, follow with sour cream mixture, sprinkle with tomatoes, chopped onion and olives. Cover with cheese. Chill and serve with chips.
