THAI WAFFLES 
1 c. eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. butter
Oil to grease the waffle iron

Sift flour, yeast and salt in a bowl. In another bowl beat eggs, sugar and butter until smooth. Pour milk into the egg mix and stir. Slowly pour flour mix into egg mix and beat. Grease waffle iron. When the iron is heated, pour in Thai waffle mix. Bake until cooked. Enjoy!
