QUICK CREAMY CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
Chopped nuts (optional)

In medium saucepan stir together sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into individual serving dishes. Press wax paper directly onto surface. Refrigerate; garnish with whipped cream and/or nuts, if desired. Makes 4 or 5 servings.
