1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter recipe yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice

Mix all together and beat 8 minutes. Put in two 9 inch greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

ICING:

Mix 8 3/4 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice and 1 small package vanilla instant pudding until thick. Add 8 ounce tub of Cool Whip. Ice cake and refrigerate.
