1 yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 can mandarin oranges and juice, cut up

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees until cake pulls from sides of pan.

ICING:

13 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
