1 box yellow Duncan Hines cake mix or butter cake mix
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 can Mandarin oranges, undrained

Beat eggs, oil and oranges. Add dry cake mix. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) bowl Cool Whip

Mix all together and put on cake.
