SAVORY CHICKEN AND GRAPES 
1/4 c. lemon or lime juice
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary
1/2 tsp. grated lemon or lime peel
1 chicken quartered
Salt
1 1/2 c. green or red seedless grapes

Combine lemon juice, mustard, sugar, pepper, rosemary and lemon peel. Coat chicken with mixture and let stand 15 minutes. Brush with mustard mixture, turn skin side up and brush again. Bake another 15 minutes. Brush with mustard mixture again, and add grapes last 15 minutes. Brush grapes and chicken with drippings before serving. Serves 4.
