MISSY'S CHICKEN SALAD 
Store bought Rotisserie Chicken
2 ounce jar pimento (drained)
4 tablespoon Sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon dry minced onion
2 cups seedless purple grapes (chopped or sliced)
Lots of mayonnaise

Remove chicken from bones and place in large bowl. Blend in rest of ingredients. I don't measure mayo, I just add enough until it looks like chicken salad. Chill a few hours before serving.
