3/4 c. boiling water
3 oz. lime Jello
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 med. cucumber, grated
1 sm. onion, grated
3/4 c. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into gelatin mold and chill until set. Serves 8.
