SCALLOPED RHUBARB 
2 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar
3 c. bread cubes, minus crust
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix rhubarb and sugar together. Mix melted butter and bread cubes together. Put layer of rhubarb mixture, then bread mixture into casserole. Repeat layers until dish is filled. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
