FROZEN GELATIN MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 pkg. non-dairy dessert topping
1 c. nuts
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 can (16 oz.) fruit cocktail
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice (mixes easier in blender). Thicken. Make dessert topping with milk or non-dairy milk substitute. Add drained fruits and fold in dessert topping. Freeze in loaf pan.

To serve: Unmold and let stand 10 minutes and slice. Serves 6-8.

Note: Lime gelatin good with crushed pineapple, nuts, cherries and mandarin oranges. Orange gelatin good with mandarin oranges, fruit cocktail and nuts.
