CREAM CHEESE POTATOES 
1 1/4 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. onion, diced
4 c. potatoes, cubed and precooked
1 tbsp. chives
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour potatoes into medium-size casserole dish. In separate bowl mix together milk, cream cheese, onion and chives - please note that the cream cheese mixture will not be smooth, just make sure it is well blended and then pour over potatoes. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes.
