ZUCCHINI BREAD 
2 eggs
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. honey
2 c. grated squash
3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs; add oil, sugar, zucchini, vanilla and honey. Mix well.

Sift all dry ingredients. Add gradually to zucchini mixture. Fold in nuts.

Bread can be baked in several containers. Time varies according to container. Never fill pans more than 1/2 full. Bake in 350 degree oven until done.
