EGGS O'SAAT 
2 eggs per serving
1 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. sour cream
1/4 chopped pepper, not fine
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tbsp. milk
1/8 c. reg. beer or white wine (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)
Dash of salt
4 drops vanilla
5 drops hot sauce
Pinch of dill dried
1 oz. yellow cheese, cheddar; optional

Select medium mixing bowl. Whip eggs for 1 minute. Mix all ingredients except the beer or wine, pepper, onions, and cheeses. Mix in 1/2 cheese and stir gently and also add pepper, onions, wine or beer.

Pour all ingredients into individual Pyrex dish 3 inches deep x 6 inches in diameter. Add cheese to top of mixture. Bake in preheated 350 degrees for 25- 30 minutes or until solid. Do not over cook.

Any alcohol burns off recipes with cooking or baking, only flavor of grain remains. Serve while reasonably hot with toast and quality jams and milk and coffee.
