2 boxes vanilla instant pudding (4 oz. each)
3 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. thawed Cool Whip

Whip pudding and milk until thickened. Add Cool Whip and stir into mixture. Frost onto cooled soda cake and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
