SOUR CREAM POTATO SALAD 
2 lb. cooked potatoes, diced
1 onion
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. cucumber, diced
1/2 c. radishes, diced
4 hard boiled eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mustard

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Then in a smaller bowl, mash boiled egg yolks with fork. Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and mustard. Then add to ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Makes 6-8 servings.
