1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. chopped parsley
2 lg. cucumbers, peeled & sliced

Combine all ingredients, except cukes. Mix well. Toss cukes in sauce until coated. Chill. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
