1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. fresh onion juice
1 tsp. fresh cucumber juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash hot red pepper sauce (Tabasco)
2 tsp. vinegar

Mix together well. To make onion and cucumber juice: peel and slice small amounts of onion and cucumber, press in a garlic press to yield juice. Great with fish.
