1 gal. cucumbers, wash, peel and slice

SYRUP:

1 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar

Heat until boiling then add cucumbers and spices and bring to a boil again stirring occasionally.

SPICES IN BAG:

2 sticks cinnamon
2 tsp. whole cloves

While hot put in clean jars and seal with hot lids.
