CORN WIGGLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 (4 oz.) can mild green chiles, chopped and drained
1/4 c. minced black olives
2 eggs
1 c. cream style corn
2/3 c. milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
1 c. finely crushed Fritos brand corn chips
1 c. grated American cheese (mild cheddar if you prefer)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a heavy skillet brown and season beef and onions, then drain. Blend in chiles and olives. Set beef mixture aside.
