ELEGANT POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hash brown potatoes, cooked
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except corn flakes and butter. Mix well. Place mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with corn flakes and melted butter, combined. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
