PORK CHOPS ELEGANT 
4 pork chops, 1" thick
1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
Pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 c. crushed potato chips
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. Italian dressing, low calorie

In large bowl mix chips, parsley, flour, cheese and pepper. Press pork chops into mixture. Fry in 2 tablespoons butter on medium-low for about 7 minutes or until done. Remove chops; set aside. Put 6 tablespoons Italian dressing and sour cream in same skillet to make gravy. Pour over chops.
