ELEGANT POTATOES 
6 med. Irish potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
3/4 c. corn flake crumbs

Boil potatoes with jackets on, cool and peel and grate on large grater. Melt butter, remove from heat, add to undiluted soup, sour cream, green onions and cheese. Fold mixture into grated potatoes. Place in buttered 9"x14"x2" casserole dish and sprinkle with corn flake crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serves 12.
