CORN BREAD BURGER BAKE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. corn meal
2 tsp. baking soda
1 can cream style corn
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. green peppers

Combine first 6 ingredients. Set aside. Brown ground beef, drain off fat. Add onions, green peppers and chili powder. Pour half the corn bread mixture in a greased 9-inch casserole dish. Cover with ground beef mixture and a layer of cheese. Pour the rest of the corn bread mixture over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
