BURGER BAKE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, raw, not cooked
2 c. water
1 (12 oz.) V-8 juice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables, thawed
1 c. long grain rice
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

In large bowl combine all ingredients except cheese. Spoon mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on and bake until melted.
