BROCCOLI SOUP 
4 c. broccoli
1 onion
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
2 cloves garlic

Clean and chop vegetables. Cover with water. Simmer until tender. Smash with a potato masher. Bring to a boil. Add 1/2 cup macaroni. Cook until macaroni is tender. Add approximately 2 cups milk. Add 1/2 cup grated cheese. Reheat (but do not boil) until cheese melts.
