POP'S COLE SLAW 
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of paprika
2 tsp. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. milk
Cabbage, green
Cabbage, red (opt.)
Onion
Carrots
Peppers, green
Pimento (opt.)

Shred or chop cabbage. Chop onion, peppers and pimento; grate carrot in large bowl. In separate bowl, mix other ingredients with wire whip until smooth. Pour dressing over cabbage mix. Stir. Use enough of dressing to make moist. Best if you let chill for 6 to 24 hours.
