CHICKEN LIVERS OVER RICE 
2 to 3 sliced onions
1 lb. chicken liver "1 bucket"
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. white wine "or more"
Salt and pepper, garlic powder

Saute onions in small amount butter, when soft add livers and seasonings, cook and stir for about 5 to 8 minutes. Add wine stir for about 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
