MEAT BALLS IN SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
1 tsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1/2 c. milk, scant

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into balls the size of English walnuts. Brown in skillet, turning carefully, to brown on all sides. Remove meat balls, set aside.

Stir into drippings 2 cans mushroom soup and 1 or 2 cartons of sour cream depending on amount of gravy wanted. Return meat balls to gravy and simmer.
