SPAGHETTI SAUCE AND MEAT BALLS 
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. shortening
Garlic (season to taste)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water

Melt shortening in skillet, brown onion and garlic. Add salt to beef and form into small balls. Brown in skillet. Add tomato sauce and pepper. Cover and simmer 40 minutes. Makes enough sauce for 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti.
