ITALIAN MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. deer burger
1 lb. sausage
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 c. dry quick oatmeal
1 sm. can tomatoes sauce
1 egg (slightly beaten)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 qt. commercial spaghetti sauce

In a bowl, mix all ingredients (except spaghetti sauce) thoroughly with hands. Shape into walnut size meatballs. Put light coat cooking oil in a skillet and brown meatballs slowly over medium heat. Drain off any grease. Add spaghetti sauce, stirring carefully. Heat just to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until meatballs are done. Serve over spaghetti or make meatballs sandwiches.
