MEAT BALLS WITH TOMATO SAUCE 
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
2 lb. chopped beef
1 c. onions
2 c. moist, soft bread crumbs
2 eggs
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt & pepper
1 c. flour
1 c. oil

Mix together beef, onions, bread crumbs, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper and flour. Form into small balls and fry in the oil. Drain. Simmer in tomatoes for 15 minutes. Serve hot with mashed potatoes or rice.
