BEEF FOLDOVERS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. refrigerated biscuits
Deep fat oil

Lightly brown first 2 ingredients in skillet. Pour off fat. Mix remaining ingredients except biscuits and oil. Add to skillet and stir in. Separate biscuits, roll on floured board in 5 inch circle. Place heaping tablespoon of meat mixture on each circle. Fold in half. Seal edges together with fork. Deep fat fry at 375 degrees until golden brown. Drain.
