BEEF 'N BEAN BARBECUE BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Velveeta cheese
8 oz. can of refrigerated biscuits

Brown meat, drain. Add beans, barbecue sauce, onions and salt. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese cubes. Pour into 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Cut biscuits in half. Place cut side down, around edge of dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with additional cheese slices. Return to oven until cheese melts.
