BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage or bacon
6 slices loaf bread
4 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 lb. grated sharp cheese

Fry bacon or sausage and drain. Crumble bread into a 9"x13" greased pan. Add milk to eggs and salt. Pour over bread. Spread bacon or sausage on top of mixture in pan. Sprinkle cheese on top of meat. Refrigerate overnight and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
