CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked chicken cut in sm. pieces
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. diced almonds
1 can cream of mushroom soupsm. onion, chopped
3/4 c. diced celery
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Mix all ingredients gently. Spoon into a greased baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-50 minutes.
