CHICKEN DIVAN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen whole broccoli, cooked per pkg. directions
2 c. cooked chicken (3 to 4 breasts)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chicken broth or bouillon
1 1/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook broccoli and drain. Arrange in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place cooked chicken on top of broccoli. Combine next 6 ingredients. Pour mixture over chicken and broccoli. Serves 8 to 10.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar

Melt butter to coat bread crumbs. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of chicken and broccoli. Add buttered bread crumbs. (May be refrigerated at this point.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. NOTE: May take longer if refrigerated before baking.
