PECAN FINGERS OR SNOWBALLS | |
1 c. butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. chopped pecans Cream butter, add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy. Add vanilla, sifted flour, and salt. Fold in pecans. Shape into balls. Bake at 325 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes. While warm, roll in powdered sugar. |
