GRANDMA BEA'S PECAN FINGERS | |
1 c. soft butter 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 2 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. chopped pecans Beat butter and sugar until creamy and fluffy. Add flour until well mixed. Add salt, vanilla, and pecans. Shape level teaspoon of dough in 2 inch fingers. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. |
